Since receiving his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, he has attended far more continuing education courses each year than required. As a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Blount County Dental Society, he is networked with dental professionals on a local and national level. These associations provide him with the latest information in dental technologies allowing him to offer his patients the most up-to-date and effective treatments whether they are routine dental services such as hygiene & periodontics or a complex CEREC restoration.

In 1997, Dr. Marty Lindahl opened his office to practice as a dentist in Maryville, Tennessee where he resides with his wife and two daughters, Chloe and Carly. The Lindahl family enjoys camping and hiking. They are active in the First Baptist Church of Maryville.

It’s a partnership. As a Knoxville dentist office, we volunteer our time. Discus Dental, makers of the ZOOM! Teeth whitening system, donates all of the whitening supplies. When you come in for your teeth whitening appointment between March and June, rather than paying us, you write a check directly to Smiles For Life Foundation.

The donations are distributed to worthy, approved children’s charities across the U.S. and Canada. These charities include notable organizations such as; Children’s Miracle Network, Children of Romania, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, CURE (in Cambodia), Smiles For Hope, and Kids Cancer Care Foundation.
